XLPE Insulated Power Cable

　　交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆是采用化学方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由线型分子结构转变为三维网状结构,由热塑性的聚乙烯变成热固性的交联聚乙烯,从而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、机械性能和耐环境能力，并保持了优良的电气性能。
　　交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆导体的允许长期温为900C，较低绝缘电缆、聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆和聚乙烯绝缘电缆高，且具有重量轻、结构简单、使用方便、耐化学腐蚀和敷设不受落差限制等优点。
　　近年来，公司先后按IEC标准为全国城网改造、首都国际机场、北京西客站、电视台、安顺电厂、泰山核电站、二滩水电站、北仑电厂、伊敏电厂、扬州二电厂、上海地铁、宝钢集团、扬子石化等重点工程提供该系列产品，质量优良，获得用户。CROSS-LINKED POLYETHYLENE(XLPE)INSULATED POWER CABLE
For XLPE insulated power cable, either chemical method or physical method is method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE from chain into three-dimensional network, i. e. thermo-plastic PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE. After cross-linking, the thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its excellent electrical property are still retained.
The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor of a XLPE insulated power cable is 900C which is higher than that of paper, PVC or PE insulated power cable. The cable has the advantage of simplicity in construction, lightness in weight, convenience in application besides its excellent electrical, thermal, mechanical and anti-chemical corrosion properties. It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route.
According to the standards of IEC, in the last few years, We have supplied XLPE cables to the Chinese urbon power network reconstruction project, Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing West Railway Station, CCTV Station, Anshun Power Plant, Qinshan Nuclear Power Station, Ertan Hydroelectric Power Station , Beilun Power Plant, Yimin Power Plant, Yangzhou Second Power Plant, Shanghai Subway, Bao Steel Group and Yangzi Petrochemical Company, etc.. 　　本产品按GB12706《额定电压35V及以下铜芯、滤芯塑料绝缘电缆》标准生产，同时还可根据用户需要按国际电工委员会推荐标准IEC、英国标准、德国标准及美国标准生产。
The product is manufactured according to the standard of《GB12706 or IEC、BS、DIN and ICEA upon request.
适用范围Applications
　　本产品适用于工频额定电压3.6/6kv～26/35kv输配电线路作配送电能子用。
The product is suitable for use in power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 3.6/6kV～26/35kV.
使用特性Operating characteristics
· 工频额定电压U0/U为3.6/6kV～26/35kV。
Rated power-frepuency voltage U0/U: 3.6/6kV～26/35kV.
· 电缆导体的允许工作温度：90℃。
Max.admissible operating temperature of the conductor:90℃.
· 短路时（最长时间不超过5s）电缆导体的温度不超过2500C。
Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C.
(5s maximum duration)
· 电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于00C。
The ambient temperature under installation should not below 00C.
· 电缆弯曲半径：三芯电缆不小于电缆外径15倍；单芯电缆不小于电缆外径20倍。
The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter.

电缆额定电压的选择 Voltage designation
· 电缆的额定电压应适合于电缆系统的运行状况，用U0/U（Um）kV表示。
U0－电缆设计用的导体对地或金属屏蔽之间的额定工频电压；
U－电缆设计用的导体间的额定工频电压；
Um－设备可承受的“系统电压”的**值。
The rated voltage of the cable for a given applixation shall be suitable for the operating conditions
in the system in which the cable is used,ａnd is expressed in the form of U0/U（Um）kV
Where:
U0－The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors and earth metallic screen ,for which the cable designed;
U － The rated power-frequency voltage between conductos, for which the cable designed;
Um－ The maximum value of the“highest system voltage”for which the equipment may beused.

The values of U0 recommened for cable to be used in three-phase systems are listed below:

*：.A类系统──该类系统任何一相导体与地和接地导体接触时，能在1min内与系统分离
B类系统──该类系统仅包括单相接地故障短时运行的条件，接地故障时间应不超过1h, 但在任何情况下，最长不超过8h每年接地故障总持续时间不超过125h；
C类系统──不属于A类、B类的系统。
System category A──This category comprises those systems in which any phase conductor that comes in contact with earth or an earth conductor. is disconnected from the system within 1 min.
System category B ──This category comprises those system which,under faultconditions,are operated,are operated for ashorttimewith one phase earthed.This period should not exceed 1 h..Fora longer period, not exceeding 8h on any occasion, can be tolerated.The total duration of earth faults in any year should not exceed 125h.
System categeory C──This category comprises all systems which do not fall into A and B
