疏水阀 蒸汽系统中的凝结水、空气和二氧化碳气体尽快排出，同时限度地自动防止蒸汽的泄漏。

工作原理

蒸汽疏水阀,安装在蒸汽加热设备与凝结水回水集管之间。开启时，桶在底部，阀门全开。凝结水进入疏水阀后,流到桶底，充满阀体，全部浸没桶体，然后，凝结水通过全开阀门排至回水集管。蒸汽也从桶体底部进入疏水阀，占据桶体内的顶部，产生浮力。桶体慢慢升起，逐渐向阀座方向移动杠杆，直到关闭阀门。空气和二氧化碳气体通过桶体的排气小孔，聚集在疏水阀的顶部。从排气孔排出的蒸汽，都会因疏水阀的散热而凝结。当进来的凝结水开始充满桶体时桶体开始对杠杆产生一个拉力。随着凝结水位不断升高，产生的力不断增加，直到能够克服压差，打开阀门。疏水阀阀门开始打开，作用在阀瓣上的压差就会减小。桶体将迅速下降，使阀门全开。积聚在疏水阀顶部的不凝性气体先排出，然后凝结水排出。水流从桶体流出时带动污物一起流出疏水阀。凝结水排放的同时，蒸汽重新开始进入疏水阀，新的一个周期又开始了。

When the incoming condensate begins to fill the barrel, the barrel begins to exert a pulling force on the lever. As the condensate level continues to rise, the resulting force increases until it overcomes the pressure differential and opens the valve. Trap valve begins to open, the role of pressure on the valve will be reduced. The barrel will rapidly drop so that the valve is fully open. The non-condensable gas accumulated at the top of the trap is discharged first, and then the condensed water is discharged. When the water flows out of the barrel body, the dirt flows out ofthe trap together. While the condensate is being discharged, steam begins to re-enter the trap and a new cycle begins again
