Bobcat-320是一种小型，高性能的短波红外相机。其热电冷却器确保出色的低噪声和低暗电流的特性。

Bobcat-320针对成本敏感的批量市场，如激光束分析应用，分类及循环再造产业和硅半导体材料内部缺陷检测。该系列短波红外相机配有Camera Link和 GigE Vision接口，具有重量轻，功耗低，体积小等特点。 Bobcat-320短波红外相机，可配合标准C-Mount镜头使用，使得这款红外相机适用于各种工业应用。

Small, high performance InGaAs camera

The Bobcat 320 series is based on an in-house developed, temperature stabilised InGaAs detector with a 320 x 256 pixel resolution.

The Bobcat 320 cameras are offered with frame rates of either 100 Hz or 400 Hz. The camera comes with a CameraLink or GigE Vision interface and features low weight and power.

The Bobcat 320 targets cost sensitive volume markets such as laser beam analysis applications, sorting & recycling industry and investigation of defects inside silicon semiconductor material.
