测试台组成：

Pump Test Bench PT560流体泵阀模组测试台电机，变频器，联轴器，支撑轴承，水循环泵组，PVC管道，流量计，球阀、蝶阀、电磁阀、水槽，压力调解阀，水位传感器，通信转换卡，上位机通信软件，指针压力表，上位机控制软件。

Motor, inverter, coupling, support bearing, water circulation  pump set, PVC pipeline, flow meter, ball valve, butterfly valve,  solenoid valve, water tank, pressure mediation valve, water  level sensor, communication converter card, upper computer  communication software, pointer pressure gauge, upper  computer control software.

测试台主要功能：

l可模拟滚动轴承内圈故障、外圈故障、滚珠故障、保持架故障、综合故障等；

l可模拟轴承内圈故障、外圈故障、滚珠故障转子不平衡交流电机(RUM-1);

l可模拟球阀、蝶阀、电磁阀、电动阀等多阀门泄露、卡滞故障；

l可模拟支撑机构结构损伤、振动过大等异常故障；

l电机最高转速：3000 RPM (短时间运行)
