空瓶拆垛机

• 低位拆垛机由进垛输送线、产品抱夹升降平移装置、隔板升降平移堆垛装置及托盘升降平移堆垛装置几部分组成。工作时。托盘垛静止，由搬移装置升降取物料。

• 整垛产品置于进垛输送线，人工拆除外包装膜后输送至卸垛工位，隔板升降平移机械手将隔板吸取并堆叠至隔板收集仓。

• 产品抱夹升降平移机械手将整层产品抱夹搬移到产品输出输送线上，由输送线送出，所有产品和隔板完成搬移堆叠后，托盘由进垛输送线输送至托盘收集工位，托盘升降平移机械手将托盘夹取并堆叠至托盘收集仓。当隔板或托盘堆叠到高度和数量时，将发出声光提醒，由人工取出。

When the partition or tray is stacked to the specified height and quantity, an audible and visual reminder will be sent out and taken out manually.
