The bottom of the thread groove of the motor spindle used to install the second thread end is provided with a conical bulge which is adapted to the taper angle bayonet on the tail of the pull rod bolt. The rotation direction of the first thread and the second thread is opposite to the rotation direction of the impeller. The boss protrudes from the surface of the pull rod bolt along the circumferential direction of the pull rod bolt and fits with the inner hole of the impeller. The design scheme can reinforce the connection between the centrifugal impeller and the main shaft of the high-speed motor, and is convenient for disassembly and assembly.

Principle:

Then the impeller passes through the pull rod bolt, and is guided by the pull rod bolt. The middle boss of the pull rod bolt is in a transitional fit with the inner hole of the impeller. Then the hydraulic tensioner starts to work, and the lock nut is tightened under the action of bolt pre tightening force after pre stretching, The lock nut is matched with the first thread of the pull rod bolt head to fix and limit the impeller.
