【埃博拉简介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又译作伊波拉病毒。是一种十分罕见的病毒，1976年在苏丹南部和刚果（金）（旧称扎伊尔）的埃博拉河地区发现它的存在后，引起医学界的广泛关注和重视，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一个用来称呼一群属于纤维病毒科埃博拉病毒属下数种病毒的通用术语。是一种能引起人类和灵长类动物产生埃博拉出血热的烈性传染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之间，致死原因主要为中风、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多发性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血热（EBHF）是由一种丝状病毒感染导致的急性出血性、动物源性传染病。1976年，埃博拉出血热在非洲的苏丹和扎伊尔暴发，病死率高达50% ～ 90% 。因该病始发于扎伊尔北部的埃博拉河流，并在该区域严重流行，故命名为埃博拉病毒，其形态学、致病性等与马尔堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所区别。

各国举措
美国参议院2004年5月19日通过“生物盾牌计划”法案，批准拨款56亿美元用于美国预防生物或者化学武器袭击。法案涉及的生化袭击包括天花、炭疽病、肉毒杆菌毒素、瘟疫和埃博拉病毒等。
这项名为“生物盾牌计划”的法案规定，在未来十年内，美国将鼓励制药企业研究与开发针对生物埃博拉病毒活动的应对措施，加快对解埃博拉品的批准过程，在紧急情况下允许政府向公众提供未经食品和药物管理局（FDA）批准的某些治疗方法。
日本一个研究小组合成了外表和结构与埃博拉病毒十分相似、但毒性要弱得多的病毒。这种病毒可用于研究埃博拉病毒的感染和毒性发作机制，帮助开发埃博拉疫苗，防止生物埃博拉病毒。
这种埃博拉类似病毒是东京大学河冈义裕教授的研究小组合成的。除了基因不同，这种病毒的外形、结构形式及所包含的蛋白质都与真正的埃博拉病毒一样，并且也能感染人体细胞。河冈教授去年曾成功合成了真正的埃博拉病毒。
埃博拉病毒共包含7种蛋白质，其构造是在细管状外壳中包裹着基因和蛋白质复合体。电子显微镜观察显示，埃博拉类似病毒与真正的埃博拉病毒外表十分相似。埃博拉类似病毒的毒性要低得多，研究、试验更为方便。
由于印度驻尼日利亚埃博拉病毒的介入，医院zui终同意这4名印度医生再工作几天，然后离开这个国家。
世界卫生组织6日发布公报说，埃博拉病毒不通过空气传播，并且未有证据显示病毒出现变异。因此一些关于埃博拉病毒可能会变异成可通过空气传播的说法是没有根据的臆测。
世卫组织强调说，研究显示此前所有埃博拉病例都由直接接触出现症状的患者所感染。埃博拉病毒的传播方式是与患者体液直接密切接触，其中患者的血液、排泄物、呕吐物感染性zui强，在患者的乳汁、尿液、埃博拉中也能发现病毒，唾液与眼泪有一定的传染风险，不过在患者汗液样本中从未检测出完整的活体病毒。
世卫组织介绍说，病毒或细菌可在人际间通过空气传播是指可通过吸入细小的悬浮干飞沫达到感染剂量，比如麻疹、结核病等可通过空气传播。
但过去数十年的研究未发现埃博拉病毒可通过这种方式在人际间传播。科学研究也没有发现任何病毒会在很短时间内急剧改变其传播模式。
理论上说，埃博拉病毒严重感染者可通过咳嗽、打喷嚏将病毒近距离传染给他人，但该现象只有在咳嗽、打喷嚏产生含埃博拉病毒毒的液滴，并且这些液滴接触到其他人的粘膜或皮肤伤口时才可能发生。
这个过程并不是医学意义上的能通过空气传播，目前也尚未有任何研究记录证明埃博拉病毒可通过此种方式传播。
此外，埃博拉病毒也可通过接触被污染的物体间接传播，但间接传播风险低，利用清洁与消毒措施可进一步降低风险。
