【埃博拉简介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又译作伊波拉病毒。是一种十分罕见的病毒，1976年在苏丹南部和刚果（金）（旧称扎伊尔）的埃博拉河地区发现它的存在后，引起医学界的广泛关注和重视，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一个用来称呼一群属于纤维病毒科埃博拉病毒属下数种病毒的通用术语。是一种能引起人类和灵长类动物产生埃博拉出血热的烈性传染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之间，致死原因主要为中风、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多发性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血热（EBHF）是由一种丝状病毒感染导致的急性出血性、动物源性传染病。1976年，埃博拉出血热在非洲的苏丹和扎伊尔暴发，病死率高达50% ～ 90% 。因该病始发于扎伊尔北部的埃博拉河流，并在该区域严重流行，故命名为埃博拉病毒，其形态学、致病性等与马尔堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所区别。

该产品是世界卫生组织（WHO）*个批准用于埃博拉病毒检测的诊断试剂卡。不需要借助其他实验仪器设备，只需要采取几滴血清、血浆、血液样品，既可以检测，并在15分钟内就可以得知结果是否感染埃博拉病毒。该产品具有灵敏度高、操作方便、实验时间短等特点。

2012年7月31日（当地时间），乌干达发现三例感染埃博拉病毒病例。截止当地时间8月3日，已确诊53名感染埃博拉病毒的病例，至少16人死亡。另有312人被怀疑感染埃博拉病毒而被隔离。1名因疑似病例而被隔离在医院接受检查的囚犯逃跑[52]  。
2014年，肆虐西非国家几内亚、利比里亚、塞拉利昂的埃博拉病毒蔓延速度惊人。病毒至4月1日 已造成82人死亡。截至4月14日在几内亚已出现168名感染者，其中108人死亡。[53-54]
2014年7月，尼日利亚出现首宗输入型埃博拉病毒病确认病例，患者于7月25日在拉各斯市死亡。26日，尼政府宣布将尼传染病警戒提升至红色级别，并要求所有海陆空口岸实施埃博拉病毒病监测，采取相应卫生检验检疫措施。[55]
2014年7月27日，利比里亚一名享有*度的利比里亚医生死于埃博拉病毒，另有一位美国医生已感染此病毒，正在接受治疗。截止2014年7月28日，此次疫情已经在西非导致672人丧生，是有记录以来丧生人数zui多的一次。[56]
2014年7月29日，塞拉利昂卫生部门确认，塞拉利昂对抗有史以来zui严重一次埃博拉疫情的医生于当地时间7月29日因感染埃博拉病毒逝世，年仅39岁。舍克·汗（Sheik Umar Khan）亲自救治了一百余名患者，在他逝世之前，已经有数十名当地医疗工作者牺牲。
据世卫组织统计，这种烈性传染病没有*药也没有疫苗，其症状包括呕吐、腹泻、内出血和外出血。迄今为止本次爆发的死亡率为56%，但历*zui高可达90%。[57]
2014年8月4日，尼日利亚卫生部长丘库宣布，尼日利亚境内已确诊第二例埃博拉病毒感染者，患者为南部城市拉各斯的一名医生。第二例感染者与*例有关，是为*例感染者进行治疗的两名医生之一。[58]
2014年8月6日，尼日利亚卫生部长丘库在阿布贾宣布，尼日利亚南部城市拉各斯的一名护士被确诊死于埃博拉病毒感染。这位护士曾经照顾并密切接触过之前在拉各斯被确诊感染的利比里亚官员索耶，她于5日晚间被确认死于埃博拉出血热。[59]
2014年8月7日，世界卫生组织（World Health Or埃博拉病毒nization，简称：WHO）公布死亡人数为932人，但这可能存在统计遗漏、故意隐瞒等问题。
