【埃博拉简介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又译作伊波拉病毒。是一种十分罕见的病毒，1976年在苏丹南部和刚果（金）（旧称扎伊尔）的埃博拉河地区发现它的存在后，引起医学界的广泛关注和重视，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一个用来称呼一群属于纤维病毒科埃博拉病毒属下数种病毒的通用术语。是一种能引起人类和灵长类动物产生埃博拉出血热的烈性传染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之间，致死原因主要为中风、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多发性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血热（EBHF）是由一种丝状病毒感染导致的急性出血性、动物源性传染病。1976年，埃博拉出血热在非洲的苏丹和扎伊尔暴发，病死率高达50% ～ 90% 。因该病始发于扎伊尔北部的埃博拉河流，并在该区域严重流行，故命名为埃博拉病毒，其形态学、致病性等与马尔堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所区别。

【产品介绍】

该产品是世界卫生组织（WHO）*个批准用于埃博拉病毒检测的诊断试剂卡。不需要借助其他实验仪器设备，只需要采取几滴血清、血浆、血液样品，既可以检测，并在15分钟内就可以得知结果是否感染埃博拉病毒。该产品具有灵敏度高、操作方便、实验时间短等特点。

截止2014年9月25日，西非地区爆发的埃博拉疫情已经导致逾3000人死亡。数字显示，该地区有6,500人据信已被感染。利比里亚是疫情zui严重的国家，有大约1,830人病死。美国已经向利比里亚派遣大约3,000士兵，帮助对付这一疾病。一些研究警告，受埃博拉病毒感染的人数可能会在11月初超过两万。[65]

中国研究埃博拉
截止2014年8月，中国已有5个BSL-3级（俗称P3）实验室可检测埃博拉病毒，对留观或疑似病例开展是否感染埃博拉病毒的实验室诊断。[66]
2014年9月3日，中国疾控中心向媒体介绍埃博拉防控工作进展。中疾控病毒病所研究员李德新介绍，中国目前已经建立针对埃博拉病毒的核酸、抗原及抗体检测技术，可同时对埃博拉病毒的多个核酸靶标进行检测。[66]
其中，核酸检测的灵敏性zui高，中国疾控中心受检的20例埃博拉留观病例标本，都至少接受过一次核酸检测。针对埃博拉出血热，中国疾控中心还制定了新的检测要求，每例样本至少查病毒的两个基因，只要其中一个呈阳性，就认为是埃博拉病毒阳性，以免早期漏诊。埃博拉病毒毒力很强，须在BSL-3级实验室对疑似送检样本进行灭活后，才能够开展检测。算上灭活时间，3到5小时内，可以完成一个病例标本的埃博拉病毒实验室检测，并诊断该病例是否存在埃博拉感染。[66]
中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病所研究员李德新介绍，目前还没有治疗埃博拉出血热的*药物，也没有可预防埃博拉病毒感染的有效疫苗，实验室早期诊断对于早期发现病人及时采取防控措施有重要意义。目前，我国已对80多名埃博拉留观病例进行了筛查，绝大多数已经排除埃博拉病毒感染。
2014年8月，中国疾控中心病毒病所派研究人员赴法国巴斯德研究所开展埃博拉出血热检测方法合作研究，完成了荧光RT－PCR核酸检测试剂盒、胶体金免疫层析法抗原检测试剂盒、酶联免疫吸附法抗原检测试剂盒等埃博拉病毒检测试剂盒的验证工作。[67]
2014年9月，中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病所昨天在北京宣布，已成功研制埃博拉病毒检测试剂盒，并将使用该试剂在塞拉利昂开展病毒检测任务。
