【埃博拉简介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又译作伊波拉病毒。是一种十分罕见的病毒，1976年在苏丹南部和刚果（金）（旧称扎伊尔）的埃博拉河地区发现它的存在后，引起医学界的广泛关注和重视，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一个用来称呼一群属于纤维病毒科埃博拉病毒属下数种病毒的通用术语。是一种能引起人类和灵长类动物产生埃博拉出血热的烈性传染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之间，致死原因主要为中风、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多发性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血热（EBHF）是由一种丝状病毒感染导致的急性出血性、动物源性传染病。1976年，埃博拉出血热在非洲的苏丹和扎伊尔暴发，病死率高达50% ～ 90% 。因该病始发于扎伊尔北部的埃博拉河流，并在该区域严重流行，故命名为埃博拉病毒，其形态学、致病性等与马尔堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所区别。

【产品介绍】

该产品是世界卫生组织（WHO）*个批准用于埃博拉病毒检测的诊断试剂卡。不需要借助其他实验仪器设备，只需要采取几滴血清、血浆、血液样品，既可以检测，并在15分钟内就可以得知结果是否感染埃博拉病毒。该产品具有灵敏度高、操作方便、实验时间短等特点。

意大利国家传染病研究所日前发表声明称，已研发出快速检测埃博拉病毒的便携设备，可在75分钟内检测出血液样本中是否存在埃博拉病毒。
这种设备由该研究所与意大利生物技术企业Clonit、法国企业意法半导体有限公司合作研发，采用分子生物学技术即时聚合酶链式反应。这种设备灵敏度*，即便是微量的人类血液经过多次稀释也能检测出所含病毒，而且能够早期甄别病毒，显著减少传染风险。[74]
制作抗体埃博拉
鸵鸟蛋抗体
2014年11月23日，日本京都府立大学宣布，其研究小组开发出利用鸵鸟蛋大量制作埃博拉病毒抗体的技术，一些机场计划在12月中旬开始使用含有这种抗体的喷雾剂。
鸵鸟有很强的免疫力，这源于其身体强大的抗体生成能力。京都府立大学教授冢本康浩及其团队一直研究鸵鸟的免疫力，开发出了利用鸵鸟蛋大量提取抗体的技术。
在新研究中，研究小组首先研制出埃博拉病毒重组蛋白，将其作为抗原注入鸵鸟体内。鸵鸟由此生成抗体并传给其所产的蛋，将鸵鸟蛋的蛋黄部分取出后，可提纯抗体。研究小组目前计划使用这种抗体制成可预防感染的喷雾剂，可喷洒在手、口罩以及门把手上。[75]
核酸检测试剂
2015年4月27日，世卫组织正式宣布批准“之江”研发生产的埃博拉病毒核酸检测试剂盒列入其采购名录，同时将这一产品作为埃博拉病毒的检测手段之一向*推荐。
短短1年，“上海造”埃博拉检测产品蜚声。看似轻松的收获，却是整整5年的“无心插柳”。
2010年，一个偶然机会，有位非洲客户请之江研制埃博拉检测试剂。面对是生意人都会算的“赔钱订单”，邵俊斌心里想的却是创新和服务：“订单少，市场小，确实赚不了钱。不过，既然公司承诺为客户提供增值服务，我们就应该投入研发。”得益于公司建立之初就组建的生物信息团队，公司从2010年起开始研制埃博拉检测试剂盒，5个月内研发成功。
该试剂盒于2014年2月获得欧盟CE认证，成为*获得欧盟CE认证的埃博拉病毒核酸检测产品。在非洲埃博拉疫情暴发后，该产品于*时间在塞拉利昂、利比里亚、尼日利亚等国家参考实验室使用，使用效果良好。目前，试剂主要销往尼日利亚、几内亚、喀麦隆、肯尼亚、美国、印度等国；国内采购试剂做储备的单位达35家。企业3天就能生产5万人份试剂。
