免疫性/疟原虫

（3）细胞介导免疫：疟疾感染过程中，细胞介导免疫具有重要的作用。细胞介导免疫主要包括单核吞噬细胞、T细胞和自然杀伤细胞，以及由这些细胞分泌的细胞因子，如IFN-γ、TNF等。总之，抗疟疾的免疫机制十分复杂，非特异性与特异性免疫互为条件、相互补充，体液与细胞免疫相互调节、相互平衡，疟原虫抗原与宿主的MHC之间的相互关系等都可能对机体的免疫过程及其后果产生影响，很多问题还有待深入研究。
